Welcome to my Website! If you’re looking for a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) with a long practice history and many trainings under her belt, you’ve come to the right place.

My training began in 2002 at National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, CA.  As I am committed to regularly attending classes that inspire me, my training far exceeds that of typical massage therapists.  These include Oncology Massage, Pre & Perinatal Massage (for pregnancy and post partum), Manual Lymph Drainage, and many modalities.

Sessions are anything but common, as I integrate multiple modalities from western and eastern traditions.  Each appointment is tailored to your daily needs and long-term goals.  

I am also a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), a body-centered approach to resolving trauma.
